This is a review by an American visiting family and enjoying a very traditional Fish & Chips with Mushy Peas. First, this meal could not have been a better experience. The Bayern was crisp and the fish flaky and steaming hot. It was served on a bed if Chips I'll be walking off for the next few days. Both were nicely salted and sprinkled with malt vinegar. Never having had Mushy Peas, I'll just say this was everything the name implies. What a treat, I'll be back.
